I'd like to place formally on record just how pleased we have been with the services of Damien from Web Alliance. To put this into context, we have been using the same CRM for the past 9 years and although it didn't work exactly the way we did, it worked, and it got the job done, and it allowed the company to grow to where it is today. However, as the company grew, so did the demands on us having 1 complete system without the extra need for spreadsheets, and files containing different pieces of information. Damien and Ashish came to visit us on a number of occasions before taking on this project. They (and us) needed to make sure that what we needed was achievable, and within our budget. We have been kemp informed every single step of the way through weekly check in calls, and are now in a position to completely switch from our old system. Between the two of us, we have designed a CRM suitable for a recruitment company that offers both permanent and temporary candidates. It talks to our payroll system and works flawlessly on a mobile phone. Additionally, the speed at which we can now register candidates, and get them out to work, has been taken down from about an hour, to under 10 minutes. This system is brilliant. It does EXACTLY what we want it to do, in a way EXACTLY the way we want it to. Furthermore, the system is now ours! We have all ownership rights to it, and have already agreed to start selling it to other recruitment companies that do the same as us. We could not be happier.
