The Franchise Consultant was using a system called Lead-Handler. Although the system worked, it had many problems.
The most significant problem was the cost: £1,200 a year for each new franchisor added. This was easy to absorb when they only had a few franchisors, but as their portfolio grew to over 30 franchisors, costs rose to an unsustainable £30,000 a year.
The off-the-shelf solution, Lead-Handler, lacked meeting their specific needs, which led to a backlog of desired features and functionalities.
Our Solution:
In response, we developed a bespoke, purpose-built system tailored to the specific needs of The Franchise Consultant. Our solution allows for unlimited additions of franchisors without adding extra cost, thus it is scalable and cost-effective.
Each franchisor will be able to log into the system and retain familiar functionality while introducing a suite of new features eagerly awaited.
Our system has covered the lacunas of the previous CRM, hence offering significantly improved value for money. We included many items on their wishlist and, thus, enhanced the capacity of the system to meet their needs perfectly in terms of operation.
