School management customised software system

Teachers and Leadership team at the John Hellins Primary School were using the manual paper/spreadsheet-based system to record the learning objectives set for the year and the student's yearly progress against the objectives. Objectives and progress of year groups were maintained in various files/spreadsheets and any sort of reporting was a huge challenge.

When the data gradually grown then the senior management team (SLT) decided to go for a bespoke software to manage and track the yearly progress data for the students. 

W built a bespoke system for John Hellins Primary School to effectively and efficiently manage the Objectives and Assessments data templates for vocabulary, resource and objectives recording for various subjects and themes within subjects. The system then records the above info for various year groups and produce the reporting platform to generate useful reports for the senior leadership team to see how the school is performing as a whole across all year groups.

All the sections have the excel export, to dump the desired data in excel and perform additional actions on it and the system is completely flexible and extendable to any level in future if needed.
