School management customised software system

The teaching staff and leadership team at John Hellins Primary School were using an old, manual paper and spreadsheet-based system and facing significant problems with it. The system was used for recording the annual learning objectives and tracking the students' progress towards these goals. 

All files regarding objectives and progress for each year group were spread across multiple files and spreadsheets in the system, making any form of reporting complex and time-consuming. With the rapid growth of data, the SLT realized the necessity of bespoke software to support the management and tracking of yearly students' data.

We created a bespoke software solution specifically for John Hellins Primary School. The bespoke system tracks the objectives and assessment data templates of vocabulary, resources, and objectives in various subjects and thematic areas, while maintaining this information across different year groups. 

The system meticulously records this information about school performance across all year groups through a robust reporting platform for generating insightful reports. These reports will assist the senior leadership team with evaluating the overall school's performance.

Besides reporting functionalities, the system provides an export functionality to Excel, enabling extracting data and further actions, if necessary. The software is built flexible and scalable so that it may be adapted according to possible future requirements and expansions.
