Synergy Recruitment Leicester, a recruitment firm, needed a custom-made CRM system to complement the shortcomings of the existing one, Chameleoni. Though successful in permanent recruitment, Chameleoni lacked several aspects, mainly in the way its candidate portal was designed. Candidates go through complex sign-on processes wherein candidates are not permitted to upload their own information, such as a CV, which needs to be uploaded by Synergy's administrative staff. Lastly, the CRM had to incorporate a candidate and client portal with self-service capabilities.
When Synergy entered the temporary recruitment market, they faced additional challenges in managing their timesheets and payments. To address this, they approached us through BNI, a local networking group, to build a comprehensive and tailored CRM to automate their back-office functions.
Our Solution:
We developed a fully customised recruitment CRM system tailored to Synergy's specific needs. It allows candidates to log in, manage their documents through a personalised portal, and apply for job placements. It has really helped them to improve their efficiency, profitability, and return on investment (ROI).
The CRM also equips Synergy's clients with the ability to view their information and move on with placements directly. JOB SEEKERS can easily monitor applications submitted.
Our system automatically manages the temporary recruitment of Synergy operations, automated shift planning and timesheet generation. Companies are able to log in to approve timesheets; Candidates can log in to see their work schedules, monitor hours worked, and receive prospects on payments.
The system encompasses full administrative reporting and KPIs, allowing Synergy to track candidate performance, attendance, and general service quality. Such information is imperative for sustaining high standards of services Synergy promises to its clients.
We would like to work with Synergy to evolve this bespoke project into a product that will help other recruitment agencies solve similar issues, in particular companies that still manage temporary recruitment on spreadsheets.
