Proactive is an organisation that works with schools, academies, and colleges to provide premium work opportunities for youngsters.
The company was facing some operational issues. A long time ago, the company used a mix of spreadsheets and an off-the-shelf CRM system called Capsule to manage organisational documents, health and safety requirements, and visit details. Proactive wanted to bring in more integration to further improve their service delivery and interaction with clients.
To meet such requirements, Proactive had to develop a few client-based portals: Organisational Portal: The Organisations needed a portal where the organisations could log in, manage their profiles, handle their placements, view work placement schedules, and facilitate student feedback exchanges. School Portal: Schools needed a portal to upload student data, uploading of contracts, downloading organisations' starter packs, tracking statuses of placements, and finally feedback exchange with companies.
Student Portal: The students wanted a platform where they could search for placements, express their interest in the opportunities available, and facilitate feedback interactions with the companies.
Our Solution:
In order to solve the problems at Proactive, we developed a robust CRM system to smoothen their operations and improve interactions amongst all stakeholders. This customized solution comprises:
Organisational Management: The system allows the management of more than 3,000 organisations, enabling secure login capability. Organisation profile management, view student placement attendance, Health and Safety document status, and download of essential documents is available. In a similar vein, they will manage the job descriptions with linked placement information and feed back to the students.
School Management: Schools and institutions can log in to maintain and manage the student data for smooth processing of their placement functions. The system enables updating of teacher information at all times, thus making the process easier for schools to follow through with their students in placements.
Student Engagement: The web portal enables students to search and show interest in work placements. The portal also facilitates the exchange of feedback between students and companies for a complete support mechanism in their career development.
This is an all-inclusive CRM solution that will provide single-point access to the organisation, schools, students, and Proactive for seamless and proactive involvement at all levels.
