KHS Plastics were using spreadsheets for enquiries, quotations, sales ordering, delivery notes, invoices, production planning and inventory controls. Yes, you can say that the entire business was running on spreadsheets. The spreadsheet-based system became quite slow with time, and due to the huge volume of data, it kept crashing on them. At last, the company who developed that system said they couldn't support the system any more; that was the last straw.

KHS Plastics was having a long wishlist as well that they wanted to integrate into the system, which (for obvious reasons) was not possible on the excel-based system. They approached us to build the bespoke system on modern, cloud-based technology so it can be accessed anywhere they want with all the features remaining functional.

We built a truly bespoke solution for KHS Plastics, which was completely adapted to their current spreadsheet-based workflow and all their departments, including sales and orders, production planning, inventory, finance and credit control. These departments did not have to change how they worked, so it was quite easy for all their staff to come on board with the new system. 
This bespoke software offered a start to finish solution so that KHS doesn't have to depend on external software or plugins. 
 
The software also includes Outlook Integration - with a couple of clicks, they can send emails with attachments to any of their customers and mass emailing was permitted as well. 
 
The system is also integrating and synchronised with Xero for invoicing and client's details. 
The software has 100s of custom build reports so that different departments can get what they need from the system and we at Web Alliance believe that once the data is in the system, clients should be able to get it out in any shape or form they like!!

The CRM also is easily and securely accessible from anywhere and from any devices, making it easily adaptable to the daily workflow.
