Sheridan Lifts is a provider of lift installation and service operating in Manchester. The business was experiencing difficulty due to their reliance on old paper-based and proprietary software systems. These were inefficient and hence ineffective in communication across departments. They needed a custom solution in software that would improve interdepartmental communication, streamline operations, and bring about automation, thereby making the system highly efficient overall.
The main objective was to create a company document repository that could serve as a centralized platform for its information.
This solution should allow team members to work on projects from anywhere easily, promoting better communication and teamwork.
Our Solution:
We provided a custom system that offered a centralized hub from which continuing projects, service appointments, account information, and sales data could all be managed. The features of automation, like renewals and automated reminder e-mails for such pending tasks, furthered user efficiency by allowing them to focus on more important business activities.
As the engineers of Sheridan Lifts are often on the move, our system facilitates job-related information access and new assignment notifications to them, providing them with true mobile work capabilities. The web-based software assures secure and easy access from any location at any time, and hence, a dynamic and flexible daily workflow is supported.
