Sheridan Lifts is a lift installation and service company based in Manchester. They were using a combination of paper-based and proprietary software systems, both of which had become outdated and difficult to use.
They needed a bespoke software solution to allow for better communication and streamlining between departments, as well as to add automation and efficiency improvements to the workflow.
The aim of the system was to create a central location for the company's documents and information, allowing for users to work on the same projects from anywhere at any time, resulting in a more efficient communication & collaboration platform for the client.
Our Solution:
We provided a truly bespoke system, allowing for a central location to manage ongoing projects, service visits, account information, and sales data. Integration of automation features such as contract renewal and automated reminder emails to follow up on pending tasks increased the efficiency of the system users, allowing them to focus on higher-priority tasks within the business.
Engineers working with the company are frequently on the move, and they can the system they can use the system to access information for upcoming jobs as well as be notified when a new task is assigned to them, allowing for true work on the go.
The system is easily and securely accessible from anywhere at any time thanks to web-based software hosting, allowing for a highly adaptable daily workflow.
