Client were using Microsoft ACT-based bespoke software built in 2002. The system became quite slow with time, and due to the volume of data, it kept crashing on them. When the software company who was managing the software said that they no longer support this software anymore, that was the last straw.
Client had a long wishlist as well that they wanted to integrate into the system. Unfortunately, it was not possible on the old system for various reasons, so they approached us to build their new bespoke system. The wishlist was fulfilled, with the added benefit of being in the cloud so employees could access the system remotely (an important feature for an events company). The ultimate goal of the client is to achieve full back-office automation.
Our Solution:
We built a truly bespoke CRM system solution for teh client which was completely adapted to their current workflow and all their departments, including events, operations, sale, finance and credit control. These departments did not have to change how they worked, so it was easy for all their staff to come on board with the new system.
This bespoke software offered a start to finish solution so that client didn't have to depend on any external software or plugins.
The software also includes Outlook Integration - with a couple of clicks, they can now send emails with attachments to any of their customers; mass emailing was permitted too.
The system is also integrating and synchronised with Sage 200 for invoicing and client's details. In addition, the software has hundreds of custom reports so that different departments can get what they need from the system, and we at Web Alliance believe that once the data is in the system, clients should be able to get it out in any shape or form they like!!
The CRM is also easily and securely accusable from anywhere and from any devices, making it easily adaptable to the daily workflow.
