About Project

Client Requirements:

The client had been using a proprietary, bespoke software developed on Microsoft ACT in 2002. The system had gradually become ineffective, often shutting down due to heavy volumes of data it was handling. When the company whose managing software this was announced that they would no longer support the old platform, the client knew the time had come for a change. 

In addition to this, the client had a whole list of features they wanted to carry over into their system. However, all these features were not possible with the software that they used previously. Therefore, they approached us and sought a new bespoke system that could meet all these needs. Of high importance was their requirement to be cloud accessible in this events-based business endeavor as they were keen on full back-office automation.

Our Solution:

We designed a bespoke CRM system precisely tailored to the client's workflow across all departments-including events, operations, sales, finance, and credit control-which allowed for smooth transitions for staff working within familiar processes. Our software solution was then offered as an end-to-end system requiring no external software or plugins.

Key features of the solution include:
- Outlook Integration: With few clicks, staff can mail to customer with attachments and supports mass emailing as well.
- Sage 200 Integration: The CRM gets synchronized with Sage 200 for invoicing and also client details management.
- Comprehensive Reporting: Hundreds of custom reports are included in the software. Departments can easily extract data in whichever format is required.

Cloud Accessibility: CRM can be accessed securely from any place and on any device, easily assimilating into the daily workflows.
We believe that once the data is within the system, then our clients should have the flexibility of retrieving it in any form that they desire. Customized service delivers the power to the client to function efficiently and effectively, thus driving them to achieve their goal of comprehensive back-office automation.
