Upon first meeting Karen, we asked her the most important question: "Why would users prefer your solution over any existing alternative?" Karen explained that there were so many options in the market when it came to cloud accounting software but mostly for accountants. 

Her goal was to make it as accessible and easy to handle with minimum training from the accountants' jargon.
