Previously, How to Find A Care Home were using HubSpot to manage their entire business, but it was not working lately as they were growing, and the required changes were not being able to be cater by HubSpot. 

Since they required automated document creation and a client portal features on their system, HubSpot was no longer the viable option anymore, since it’s an off-the-shelf software, and is restrictive on what you can achieve with it. 

So, they’ve referred to us via one of our existing clients and expressed to have a fully bespoke system with all the above features included.

For How to Find a Care Home, we built them a fully bespoke system, tailored to their needs to improve the efficiency of their business.

We built them a future-proof system, mostly because it easily allows for an unlimited number of clients to be added, and they can easily be searched and sifted through, to make it easy to find anyone, meaning they don’t ever have to struggle anymore to find the exact data that they need, as everything is easily found by filtering the search results. 

All their clients can have a client portal too where they can access their level of information rather than calling for every bit of an information. 

We’ve provided them with very easy to use document generation tool to generate various documents from the template, such as the questionnaire and client referral documents, which is key to be able to print out and file information about each client, knowing where they were referred to, and where they are at the moment, and other very crucial information on their clients. Previously they would have had to print them out and fill them, but now it is much easier to do.

Now HTFCH can grow their business even more with the help of this bespoke software.
