Eurospeak is one of the most prestigious English colleges in Reading, which required an automated back-office system related to all its diverse administrative requirements.
The major deliverables involved handling student information, fees, attendance, enquiries, and registration process in a very professional manner.
This was also expected to bring efficiency in operations, reduce the administrative workload, and add value to the experience of the students.
Our Solution:
Within three months, we could come up with a sound and an all-inclusive solution only to cater to the needs of Eurospeak. The tailor-made system managed the core elements of the college for the smooth integration and working of different sections within the college. Major components our solution comprises are as follows:
Enquiry Management
The solution contains an advanced enquiry management module that will help and assist the college in processing inquiries from aspiring students. It ensures that every inquiry is tracked and followed up with in a timely fashion to make the college responsive and interactive towards potential students.
Student Registration Process
Our automated solution at hand has made the task of student registration much easier. The module gives easy and correct data entry to reduce manual errors, thus making the students' records quite up-to-date and accessible. Fee Management
