BEB  were using a manual Excel based system and all the staff members having the difficulty with the following:

The client approached us to develop a Back Office Solution for them which can move them away from the manual excel-based system.

We've provided a cloud-based responsive solution and address all of their issues quickly and in most effective manner. The system evolved from their manual system and everyone bought into the system easily because they didn't have to do the things differently, just in a different and improved way. 

Now they got various useful reports from the system and KPIs so that they can see which direction the business is going. 

The system has the most wanted client portal where their clients can login and access the invoices and timesheets. 

The client said that the system paid itself within 6 months when they observed the pattern where they were not charging the clients for the overwork they do for their clients and due to the fact that clients were having the access of the Realtime timesheet so they don’t have any problem paying for the extra time so it was win-win situation for both of us.
