Shortcomings of Nursebuddy:
- You have read in the feature section of this article, that Nursebuddy is a feature-rich software which makes it a bit complex to use. It is not very user-friendly as compared to any Bespoke software like Nursebuddy.
- Nursebuddy offers customization to a certain degree, some users find it less customizable to meet their personalized needs. It is not fully customizable except for the care plans feature.
- If you consider the cost of the Nursebuddy software, you will find it a bit expensive and less cost-effective compared to some healthcare CRM.
